Our refund and exchange policy lasts 10 days. you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 10 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 10 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.

If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by phone or email and then return your products unopened within 10 days of receiving your parcel. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to return the entire order at your cost, unless demonstrated faulty, if you have already received them.
Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at no later than 10 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
